General Account & Registration

Account registration is fast and straightforward. Click on the "REGISTER" button in the top navigation bar. Fill in your official Company Name, GSTIN number, PAN details, contact information, and set a secure password. Once submitted, our verification desk will review your business credentials and activate your bidder portal within 2 business hours.
Account creation and browsing the auction catalog on our portal is 100% Free. There are no annual subscription charges or hidden portal fees for bidder account maintenance.

EMD Deposits & Nodal Escrow Refunds

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is a security deposit required to participate in specific high-value auctions. The exact EMD amount is clearly specified on each auction lot detail page. EMD funds are deposited directly into our audited bank Nodal Escrow account to ensure complete financial safety.
If your bid is unsuccessful or H1 approval is granted to another participant, your EMD is 100% refunded back to your original source bank account within 24 to 48 hours post-auction conclusion, without any deduction.

Bidding Rules & H1 Approvals

Once an electronic auction concludes, our system compiles real-time audit logs and ranks submitted bids. Upon seller/insurer approval, the highest bidder (H1) receives an official Approval Letter via email and SMS along with proforma invoice details.

Physical Inspection & Material Lifting

Yes, physical site inspection is strongly recommended. The detailed lot page specifies warehouse location coordinates, inspection time windows, and contact details for the site officer. Bidders must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon site entry.
Successful H1 bidders must remit the balance payment (inclusive of applicable GST/TCS) within 3 to 5 business days from H1 approval. Material lifting must be completed within the stipulated days stated in the Delivery Order (DO).
