Terms & Conditions

General rules, corporate compliance policies, and EMD guidelines governing e-auction participation on TSI Salvexis India.

1. Binding Commercial Agreement

Legal framework for platform participation

By registering a bidder account on TSI Salvexis India, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All electronic bids submitted on our portal represent legally binding purchase offers subject to seller/insurer approval.

2. Bidder Eligibility & Corporate Verification

KYC & Business credentials requirement

Only legally registered commercial entities (Companies, LLPs, Partnership/Proprietorship Firms) possessing valid GSTIN and PAN registration are eligible to register and participate in auctions. TSI Salvexis India reserves the right to decline or suspend accounts failing compliance verification.

3. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) & Nodal Rules

Regulated escrow security & refund policies

Participation in specific lots requires pre-bid EMD credit into our designated corporate nodal bank account. EMDs of non-winning bidders will be refunded 100% in full post auction. Defaulting H1 bidders who fail to clear the final payment balance forfeit their EMD completely.

4. "As-Is-Where-Is" Bidding Policy

Inspection responsibility of buyers

All materials, machinery, and salvage lots are auctioned strictly on an "As-Is-Where-Is" and "Whatever-There-Is" basis. Bidders are expected to have conducted physical inspection of the materials prior to submitting live bids.

5. Payment Settlement & Delivery Order (DO)

Balance payment & warehouse lifting

The highest approved bidder (H1) must remit the full balance payment (inclusive of applicable GST/TCS) within 3 to 5 business days from the approval date. Delivery Order (DO) issuance and material lifting are governed strictly by the seller's warehouse schedule.
